Custom Orders:
Custom orders require a 50% deposit before designing begins. Deposits are non-refundable after the design process begins. Design samples will be sent after deposits are received. Custom orders timelines are generally 4-6 weeks but can exceed depending on current work load. Once sample designs are approved the product production can begin. Rush orders will require an additional cost.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom orders and discounted items orders are exempt from being returned.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges involving returns.
